The law firm of Perkins Coie is currently seeking a Product Liability Associate Attorney to join our team at either our San Diego or Los Angeles office. As a Product Liability Associate, you will be responsible for representing flagship consumer brands and aviation products in bet-the-company matters. This includes working with national and international manufacturers in mass tort disputes. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team of over 70 attorneys across our various offices, providing you with a wealth of knowledge and resources to support your practice.

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of two years of litigation experience. Ideal candidates will have excellent academic credentials and preferably federal clerkship experience. H2: Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a competitive salary range of $235,000 to $365,000 annually, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits. - Counsel and represent manufacturers in mass tort disputes
- Collaborate with a team of over 70 attorneys across various offices
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft and review legal documents
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials
- Communicate effectively with clients and other parties involved in the case
