Position Description: We are looking for mid-level associates (4th - 6th year) to join our dynamic Digital Assets and Data Management Group, which is comprised of over 100 attorneys across the country. The focus of this position will be on proactive and reactive privacy and data protection compliance matters, including providing guidance on data security incidents and related regulatory investigations, as well as ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations related to security. Desired Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience in law firms or in-house legal departments, specifically in the areas of privacy and cybersecurity breach response.
