Responsibilities:
- Support senior members of the Environmental Law department in all aspects of their practice
- Research and analyze complex environmental laws and regulations
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court, administrative hearings, and client/site visits
- Conduct depositions and oral arguments
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients
- Stay updated on changes in environmental laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- 1-3 years of experience in environmental law, specifically in litigation matters
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to an automobile for travel to courts, administrative hearings, and client/site visits
