As a First Party Property Damage Attorney, you will have the opportunity to meet with clients, show compassion and empathy, and earn their trust, confidence, and respect.

Position Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to discuss their case, providing updates, and communicating with insurance companies. You will also attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in First Party Property Damage, and who is a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Requirements & Skills:

- Full-time position
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- First Party Property Damage experience is a plus
- Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Experience in evaluating claims
- Superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team-oriented
