As an entry level position, we are looking for candidates with 0-2 years of labor and employment practice experience. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience and grow within our firm.

Salary for this position is dependent on years of relevant work experience and work production, ranging from $70,000 to $90,000. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package including 401(k) matching, dental and health insurance, and paid time off.

As a Labor & Employment Attorney at our firm, your duties will include handling employment cases from client intake to securing and enforcing judgments. This includes meeting with clients and potential clients, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and demand letters, participating in settlement negotiations, and representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of other actions within our labor and employment practice group.
