Job Requirements: - Graduation from an accredited law school with a Juris Doctor Degree (.). - Licensed as an attorney by the State of Texas and a member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. - Experience: One year full-time experience as a licensed attorney for Assistant Attorney General II, and additional years for AAG III and IV. - Knowledge and experience in civil litigation, real estate valuation and appraisal, land use planning, and remote proceedings is preferred. - Ability to work full-time, in-person at assigned OAG work location, and collaborate with coworkers. - Must be able to provide personal transportation for business-related travel. - Ability to work more than 40 hours as needed and lift up to 30 lbs.
