This includes a variety of industries, such as inbound and outbound software and technology licensing, business process outsourcing, supply chain management, and more. As a key member of the commercial transactions team, you will also collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic advice. You will have the opportunity to identify and mitigate legal risks and develop strategies to minimize exposure for our clients. In addition, you will have the chance to learn about new technologies and laws affecting our clients' industries, such as generative AI and data privacy regulations.
