  • Strong understanding of tax, securities, and other relevant laws impacting executive compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
