## Job Overview
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is a gaming services company looking to hire a Licensing Paralegal to join their Legal team. The Licensing Paralegal will provide integrity to the casino and gambling industry by supporting the workflow and process for various licensing assignments. This is an in-person, full-time position based out of the Lakewood, NJ Office. Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

## Education, Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following:

* A minimum of three (3) years of previous experience in a similar role
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
* Paralegal Certification is a plus
* Notary Public is a plus
* Proficiency using Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint is required
* Knowledge of legal publications and periodicals and procedures for extracting information
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines and prioritize
* High degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness
* Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently

## Responsibilities
The Licensing Paralegal will have the opportunity to collaborate with the global team and utilize problem-solving skills and attention to detail to drive efficiency. Responsibilities include:

* Monitor and track upcoming license renewals
* Review licensing application requirements, compiling a list of items needed and making updates where needed
* Notify the employee of license approvals, including outlining any conditions associated with the license
* Monitor separations to determine when regulatory notification is required
* Maintain corporate vendor contact information and entries in SharePoint
* Maintain a master list of gaming licenses for all licensed GLI entities and employees
* Submit license applications timely, fully and accurately by employees, including following up on the status
* Work directly with regulators to ensure required documentation is received, answering questions as needed
* Perform legal research and drafting memoranda, as needed
* Report department metrics
