Brevard office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a criminal law senior associate/junior partner with 2-10 years of experience practicing family law. The candidate will represent clients in various criminal law matters, including domestic violence, assault, drug charges, juvenile crimes, white-collar crimes, and misdemeanor offenses. Will manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management. Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings. Mentored and supervised junior attorneys and paralegals. Must be an active member in good standing with a State Bar Association. Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus.
