Morgan & Morgan, . is currently seeking a Premises Pre-Suit Attorney to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year. As a member of our firm, you will play a crucial role in fighting for consumer rights and protecting individuals from insurance companies, corporations, and defective products. Responsibilities:

- Handle all pre-litigation work on a daily basis
- Obtain approval for litigation from clients
- Guide clients through the case process
- Draft and file pre-litigation documents
- Obtain approval for liability issues
- Negotiate settlements and create demand packages
- Oversee the release approval process
- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on personal injury cases, particularly automotive
- Ensure compliance and meet KPIs for the team
- Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements

Requirements:

- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with GA State Bar Association
- 2+ years of experience in premises or personal injury law
- Ability to handle a high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Self-motivated with long-term career goals in mind
- Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills
