The Partnership Allocation and Reporting Solutions practice at PwC is currently seeking a Senior Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position with up to 20% travel required. The job ID is 514601WD.

The Senior Manager will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. They will be responsible for providing tax-related consulting and compliance services to publicly traded partnerships, private equity funds, hedge funds, and other private partnerships. The Senior Manager will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects related to partnership structures, M&A, IPOs, and more.

As a purpose-led and values-driven leader, the Senior Manager will help PwC achieve their goal of being a leader in technology-enabled tax advising. They will have access to the PwC Professional, a global leadership development framework that provides expectations and transparency for career progression.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in tax-related consulting and compliance. They should also have a CPA or be a member of the Bar. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of partnership structures and related transactions, experience with Form 1065 and K-1, and familiarity with a CRM system.

The Senior Manager will have the following responsibilities and skills:

Skills:

- Ability to interpret and apply relevant tax regulations.
- Experience with consulting and modeling pre- and post-IPOs.
- Knowledge of a wide range of M&A and equity transactions.
- Marketing and business development skills.
- Ability to process and review multiple information for partnership allocations.
- Ability to manage and review Federal and State tax returns.
- Ability to write, communicate, facilitate, and present to diverse audiences.
- Experience identifying and addressing client needs.
- Ability to lead teams and generate a vision.
- Familiarity with automation and digitization.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with alternative fee arrangements.
