Law Firm Seeking Senior Intellectual Property Litigation Associate in Multiple Locations

K&L Gates, a global law firm with offices in Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, and Seattle, is currently seeking a Senior Intellectual Property Litigation Associate. This individual will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and collaborate with experienced lawyers while taking on increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. We are looking for someone who is driven, innovative, and committed to providing top-notch client service.

Job Title: Senior Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Location: Multiple Locations (Chicago preferred)

Salary: $220,000 - $410,000 / year (determined during interview process)

Experience: 6+ years in IP litigation

Responsibilities:

- Independently conduct research and draft pleadings and motions
- Manage discovery practice
- Participate in hearings and depositions
- Interface directly with clients
- Mentor junior associates

Qualifications:

- Strong academic credentials
- Trial experience preferred
- Technical background in software, computer science, electrical or mechanical areas
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
