- Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, intellectual property disputes, and employment disputes
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Attend hearings and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress
- Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex cases



Qualifications:

- Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- 2-3 years of general commercial litigation experience
- Superior academic record and excellent writing skills
- Large law firm experience preferred
