At Clark Hill PLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated associate attorney to join our Banking and Financial Services business unit. This unique opportunity offers the chance to work with industry experts in a niche practice, specifically in our consumer finance regulatory and compliance practice. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in banking and financial services, who is detail-oriented, possesses a strong work ethic, and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist partner and senior counsel in federal and state regulator investigations and supervisions
- Conduct legal research and analysis of various financial services statutes and regulations
- Support clients' regulatory expectations in areas such as payments, lending, debt collection, and mortgage servicing for banks and non-banking institutions
- Interact directly with clients and regulators
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, compliance management systems, and risk management

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in banking and financial services
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be licensed in home jurisdiction or eligible for admission

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 annually, based on a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and market data. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, optional HSA/FSA, disability insurance, 401K, and more.
