## Complex Litigation Associate - Miami or Washington, DC

**Carlton Fields** is seeking an associate with three to seven years of litigation experience for its Miami or Washington, DC office. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills are required. Law Review or Clerkship experience is a plus. Knowledge of insurance products, annuities, securities, or other financial products is a plus but not required. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Florida or Washington, DC, as applicable.

The ideal candidate would have experience working on complex matters in federal court, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are top priorities.

**Salary Range:** $180,000 - $210,000
