Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice to clients in disability claims
- Prepare for and represent clients at disability hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges
- Conduct legal writing at the ALJ and Appeals Council levels
- Communicate with clients via telephone, mail, and email at all levels of the disability process
- Travel to hearings in other cities and states as needed

Requirements:

- Active attorney license
- 1-3+ years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law
- Conducted at least 200 Social Security hearings in recent years
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Reliable and dependable
- Residence in one of the following states: CO, FL, GA, NV, NM, PA, SC, TX

Remote Attorney Home Office Requirements:

- Fast internet connection (20MB+)
- Wired Ethernet cable internet connection in home office
- Land line telephone or good cell phone signal in home office
- Quiet home office with no distractions during business hours
