## Premises Security Attorney

Wilson Elser's Los Angeles office is currently seeking an experienced Premises Security Attorney to join their team of attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with premises liability experience who are looking to develop their careers.

### Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of California
- 8+ years of insurance defense, premises security liability and general liability experience
- Dispositive motion practice experience
- Superior analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Legal project management experience is helpful

### Responsibilities
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports

The annualized salary range for this position is $155,000 to $160,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
