**General Litigation Attorney at Law Firm**

Law Firm is seeking an experienced General Litigation Attorney to join its Litigation Team. The ideal candidate will have at least , excellent research and writing skills, experience drafting pleadings and motions, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the state and federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky is a plus.

**Responsibilities**

- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Representing clients in court
- Negotiating settlements
- Conducting research
- Appearing in court for hearings
- Preparing legal documents
- Advising clients on legal matters
- Representing clients in negotiations

**Requirements**

- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Ohio and/or Kentucky bar
- 2+ years of experience in general and commercial litigation
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the state and federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky, a plus
