- The ideal candidate should have at least 1-7 years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.
- Experience in defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits is preferred.
- The firm represents a wide range of healthcare providers and handles medical malpractice cases in various areas.
- The healthcare practice at Lewis Brisbois has over 200 attorneys, making it one of the largest in the country.
- The successful candidate should have strong writing and analytical skills, and be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- While experience in healthcare law is preferred, the firm is open to working with talented attorneys with litigation experience in any field.

Responsibilities:

- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
- Draft and argue motions.
- Take and defend depositions.

Qualifications:

- Admitted to practice in California.
- 1-7 years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.
- Preferred experience in defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Information:

- Minimum salary of USD $120, per year.
- Maximum salary of USD $175, per year.
- Additional benefits offered, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with employer contribution, and a bonus for meeting minimum hourly requirements.
