Mintz, an Am Law 100 law firm with over 500 attorneys, is seeking an experienced Project Finance Associate to join our corporate team in Washington, DC and Boston. Our firm offers comprehensive legal expertise and practical business counseling to help clients achieve their goals in a variety of business transactions.



Responsibilities:



- Collaborate with team members to advise clients on commercial, financial, and industrial issues
- Provide expertise in US project development and finance with renewable energy projects
- Review and negotiate financing documentation such as purchase agreements, partnership agreements, and credit agreements
- Assist with key commercial project documentation including development agreements, PPAs, and EPCs
- Conduct due diligence and review project documentation
- Balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities and competing priorities
- Work from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with firm guidelines

Qualifications:



- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted or eligible for admission in MA, DC, NY, or CA
- 4+ years of project finance experience at a law firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism in working with demanding clients
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate in team settings

Salary Information:



- Salary range of $310,000 to $365,000
- Bonus eligible
