Job Description:

The Tampa office of Gunster, a leading Florida-based law firm, is currently seeking a shareholder-level attorney to join its Probate Litigation practice group. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled attorney to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

As a Probate Litigation Shareholder at Gunster, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of significant matters with sophisticated, high net worth client representations. This will involve providing legal counsel and representation in all stages of probate litigation, including estate planning, trust administration, and guardianship proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in all stages of probate litigation, including estate planning, trust administration, and guardianship proceedings
- Provide legal counsel and advice to high net worth clients
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
- Attend hearings and trials
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the Probate Litigation practice group
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff

Qualifications:

- . from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
- At least 5 years of experience in probate litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven track record of handling complex and high-profile cases
- Knowledge of Florida probate laws and procedures
- Experience representing high net worth clients preferred
