Estates Attorney I Full-time Position with Competitive Salary and Benefits Job Summary: Gravis Law is seeking a motivated and experienced Estates Attorney I to join our team. This position offers the opportunity for growth and development within our organization, as well as a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience practicing law and be self-directed, with a strong drive for success. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct mediation and trial proceedings - Research and analyze complex legal issues - Draft legal documents, such as memorandums and briefs - Market services to potential clients - Perform discovery and due diligence for litigation - Communicate and advise clients - Manage schedule and achieve production and collection objectives - Close consultations within Gravis' range of 30-50% - Timely approval of invoices and utilization of support staff - Update client information and maintain accurate records - Engage in personal and firm brand expansion through social media, blogs, and community involvement - Seek positive feedback from clients and encourage positive reviews Requirements: - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the bar in the state of practice - 3+ years of experience as an attorney - Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills Salary and Benefits: - Potential total compensation of $90,000-$100,000 annually - Bonus program based on meeting quarterly collection requirements - Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - 401(k) plan with company matching - Unlimited paid time off for vacation and sick days - Paid federal holidays and volunteer time off - Opportunity for growth and cross-training within the organization Gravis Law is committed to equal pay and creating a collaborative and supportive work environment.
