Junior Associate
The candidate will participate in the firm’s business development activities and must be comfortable working with elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities, and their families. Should have 1-3 years of experience in elder law, trusts and estates, contested guardianship, and estate litigation practices. Experience in trusts and estates, elder law, guardianships, Medicaid, and/or special needs planning is preferred. Should have extensive client contact and will maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences based on case requirements. Must have excellent writing, research, analytic and organizational skills and be a motivated self-starter who wants to be an integral part of a well-established, nationally known boutique law firm.
