A law firm in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a talented Transactional Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle various transactional work, including corporate, M&A, real estate transactions, and estate planning.
Duties:
- Handle general corporate transactions and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
- Manage real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and leases.
- Provide estate planning services, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate documents.
- Conduct due diligence, draft agreements, and negotiate terms for various transactions.
- Advise clients on legal and regulatory matters related to business operations and transactions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling corporate transactions, M&A, real estate transactions, and estate planning.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, real estate law, and estate planning principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Education and Certifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to and active membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
