- $365,000 - $420,000 based on years of experience

The Law Firm is seeking associates with 5-7 years of experience to join their team in shaping the legal landscape for the online world. This role will involve working on cases and investigations related to Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, and other cutting-edge legal issues. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. This position can be based in New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, LA, or Century City.

Responsibilities:
- Handle cases and investigations related to Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, and first amendment issues
- Work with a diverse range of clients from industry leaders to start-ups
- Stay up-to-date on the latest legal developments in the online world
- Provide excellent legal advice and counsel to clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Attend and participate in meetings, hearings, and trials

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, and related issues
- Stellar academic credentials
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a diverse range of clients
- Knowledge of current legal landscape and developments in the online world
- Ability to handle multiple cases and tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Juris Doctor degree and admission to the bar

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $365,000 - $420,000, based on years of experience. In addition, discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
