We specialize in providing legal advice to clients on intellectual property matters, privacy and data protection laws, and drafting key commercial contracts. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced attorney to help us serve our clients in the . and India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to clients on intellectual property matters and privacy and data protection laws in the . and India.
- Draft governing documents and key commercial contracts with third parties in compliance with . and Indian laws.
- Advise clients on the application of international and . consumer privacy rules to their operations.
- Draft Privacy Policies and Terms of Use for clients in the ., India, and other countries.
- Draft Intellectual Property and Commercial Contracts including SAAS Agreements, IP Licensing Agreements, End-User Licensing Agreements, MSAs, SOWs, Service Order Forms, and Channel Partnership Agreements for . and Indian clients.

Requirements:

- Completion of an internship or Research Assistantship in the field of Commercial Law or Data Protection and Privacy Law and any related fields.
- Must be licensed to practice law by the State of California Bar.

Salary:
