Law Firm BakerHostetler is seeking a junior-to-mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience to join its globally recognized Digital Assets and Data Management (DADM) Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the largest and well-known companies in a variety of industries.

Qualifications:
• 3-6 years of litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy-related litigation and class action defense
• Experience in privacy litigation and/or class action litigation
• Experience with state and federal laws such as BIPA, FCRA, and FACTA is a plus
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred
• . from a nationally recognized and accredited school
• Admission to practice in the state where the candidate will reside

Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of privacy- and data security-related litigation, primarily involving class actions following a data security incident
• Utilize strong project management skills and extreme attention to detail
• Advise on and litigate claims related to consumer class actions
• Effectively communicate through persuasive writing and oral advocacy
• Manage a fast-paced and complex workload while prioritizing and anticipating issues
• Work collaboratively in a team environment

Location:
This position is available in Costa Mesa, CA, Los Angeles, CA, or San Francisco, CA.

Salary:
The expected annual salary for this position ranges from $225K - $300K. The final salary offered will be determined based on experience, education/training, and relevant skills. Associates are also eligible for a performance and hours-based bonus program.
