• Draft and argue dispositive motions
• Prepare for arbitrations, mediations, and trials

Qualifications:
• 5-6 years of experience in civil litigation
• Licensed to practice in Florida
• Strong writing skills
• Strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in areas such as general liability, premises liability, transportation, construction, and/or insurance defense
