Oakland office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a workers? compensation associate attorney with 2 years of experience specializing in workers? compensation litigation and trial. The candidate will have opportunities to participate in trials and depositions. Will draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients. Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in workers? compensation matters. Fluent in Spanish (75% of clients are Spanish-speaking) is required. Must be Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Familiarity with the administrative appeal process to WCAB commissioners is required. Prefer trial experience (including expedited hearings).
