## Overview

Clyde & Co is seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their practice focused on insurance coverage litigation, surety and liability matters. The ideal candidate is a smart litigator who is proactive, motivated, and possesses superior writing skills. This position is located in Boston, MA.

## Responsibilities

- Taking depositions, attending hearings, and mediations as required
- Drafting pleadings and briefs
- Preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients
- Conducting legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
- Drafting interrogatories and document requests
- Reviewing document collections in preparation for litigation
- Submitting filings to the court

## Education and Experience

- . 2018 - 2020
- Admission to practice in Massachusetts is required; admission other New England bars preferred
- Excellent academic credentials

## Skills and Ability

- Exceptional legal writing and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
