As a Partner Level Attorney at Berger Singerman, you will be responsible for:

• Advising clients on estate planning strategies and providing counsel on wealth preservation and transfer planning.
• Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other relevant documents.
• Working with clients to develop and implement estate plans, including tax and asset protection planning.
• Keeping up to date with current law and regulations related to estate planning.
• Researching and analyzing legal issues related to estate planning.
• Working collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to achieve client objectives.

Qualifications:

• degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 5 years of estate planning experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of estate planning laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
