Law Firm is seeking a Major Felony Attorney Manager to join their Management Team. The successful candidate will be a zealous and competent advocate for public defense clients. They will possess knowledge and familiarity with Multnomah County criminal defense practice and have a reputation for modeling professionalism within the legal community. This role will include supervising, supporting, and advising major felony attorneys, assisting attorneys to resolve professional conflicts, creating co-counsel opportunities with minor felony attorneys, and working with the management team to troubleshoot emerging issues. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting weekly attorney caseload check-ins, conducting annual performance reviews, creating training opportunities and collaborating with other defense practitioners to build training resources, participating in stakeholder meetings, and carrying a FTE caseload of felony cases.
