Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating IP licensing agreements, including agreements for purchase/sale, IT, manufacturing, and distribution
- Conducting due diligence for IP transactions
- Advising clients on IP-related matters, including trademark and copyright issues
- Assisting with IP litigation matters as needed

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Three or more years of experience in IP licensing and transactional matters
- Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for IP law and a desire to work with a diverse and sophisticated client base
