Key Responsibilities:

- Represent insured and the company in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits
- Conduct hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
- Prepare and argue pre and post-trial motions
- Provide counsel to business clients on day-to-day issues
- Manage projects and collaborate with legal teams
- Monitor and review new laws, regulations, and case law and provide advice to business units on their impact

Experience Required:

- Up to five years of Insurance Defense, Subrogation and/or Personal Injury litigation experience
- Trial and/or Arbitration experience preferred
- No Fault and/or SIU experience a plus
- Computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, Lexis, and internet proficiency

Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Flexibility to work across several disciplines
- Ability to travel

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary offered for this role is $84,, per year based on experience and qualifications

- This is a Field Home-Based Worker position, meaning a combination of field work and remote work from home
- Candidates will be required to submit to a background investigation and drug screen
