Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage files through the litigation process independently and as a part of a team
• Conduct fact investigation
• Handle document production and other discovery tasks
• Prepare witnesses for deposition
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Review, summarize, and analyze medical records
• Prepare and attend court hearings, including oral arguments of motions
• Prepare and attend trials, including direct and cross-examination of witnesses
