Lacy Katzen LLP is currently looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. This position is located in our beautiful office space in Rochester’s Legacy Tower. We work in practice groups drawing on experience from attorneys on the transactional and litigation side of our practice.

Position Overview:

• Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
• Directly work with clients to manage personal injury cases from beginning to end
• Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, engage in motion practice, conduct research, and produce writings necessary to prosecute claims
• Advise clients, develop litigation strategies, gather evidence to support claims, prepare legal documents, advocate for clients in court and at mediation, and negotiate with insurance carrier and/or defense counsel
• Provide updates and regularly consult with Supervising Attorneys

Qualifications:
• Five (5) years of relevant experience
