Law Firm Seeking Mid-Level Corporate Attorney for Multiple Locations

Are you a mid-level attorney with 4-8 years of experience looking for a new opportunity? Clark Hill PLC, a premier AmLaw 200 law firm, is currently seeking a Corporate Attorney to join our team in one of our five office locations: Birmingham, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, or Pittsburgh. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and negotiate various corporate and transactional documents such as entity formation and governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents, and merger and acquisition documents.
- Interact with clients and represent them in negotiations for all types of business transactions.
- Work in a team environment and demonstrate strong academic credentials.
- Possess a solid work ethic and attention to detail.

Salary Information:

- This position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $230,000 annually, based on a full-time work schedule.
- Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Additional benefits include health insurance, optional HSA/FSA, short and long-term disability, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 401K, vacation and sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
