- Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a mid-to-senior level Associate with 3-6 years of IP Litigation experience to join their team in North Carolina.
- This is a partnership track position based in Greensboro and Winston-Salem, with the option to work in other North Carolina offices.
- Candidates must have experience in briefing and motions practice, depositions, working with experts, USPTO office proceedings, trademark searches and surveys.
- Experience in trademark/anti-counterfeiting matters is a plus.
- Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the state they will work in, or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible.
