The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits and compensation.

## Qualifications

Latham & Watkins is looking for an Associate in the Tax department with experience in Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits and compensation.
* Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations relating to executive compensation, employment and benefits.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
