Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as an attorney.
  • Strong experience working collaboratively within teams and managing components of transactions independently.
  • Specific experience representing public and private companies on tax and securities law issues related to equity-based arrangements and incentive compensation plans.
  • Additional experience with ERISA, employee benefits, or general employment law matters is a plus.
