Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join the Technology Public M&A/Corporate Governance Practice. This position is based in New York and offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

- Work on exciting, headline-grabbing M&A transactions
- Provide general transactional experience, with a focus on M&A transactions involving public companies
- Assist with securities laws, including disclosure and compliance issues for public companies

Requirements:

- Outstanding academic credentials
- Comparable law firm experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
