Duties:

  • Handle ERISA litigation and provide expert legal counsel on related employment matters.
  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and legal arguments.
  • Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with clients.
  • Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, ensuring timely case management and compliance with legal deadlines.
  • Stay informed about developments in labor and employment law and relevant regulations.

Requirements:
