About the Role:

As a First Party Property Damage Attorney, you will have the opportunity to provide our clients with the best care and achieve excellent results. Your responsibilities will include meeting with clients to discuss their case, communicating with insurance companies, attending hearings and other legal proceedings, and demonstrating compassion and empathy to earn the trust and respect of our clients.

Requirements & Skills:

- Full-time position
- 2+ years of litigation experience, First Party Property Damage experience preferred
- Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Experience in evaluating claims
