The Position

As a Senior Associate, Senior Counsel or Junior Partner in our Energy practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in the energy industry, including utilities, renewable energy companies, and large industrial users. You will support our clients on a variety of regulatory, legislative, litigation, and transactional matters, providing valuable insights and guidance. This position can be located in any of our offices in Madison, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Chicago, Salt Lake City, or Denver.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize your 7+ years of experience in energy regulation to support clients in the electricity, utilities, and renewables sectors
- Advise on state and federal regulations for utilities
- Negotiate power purchase agreements with utilities on behalf of energy companies and large industrial users

Salary Information:

For Colorado applicants only (as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act), the starting salary for this position is $190,000. Pay is determined based on various factors, including experience in the practice area. Associates are also eligible to participate in our associate bonus program, subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
