Job Description:

The . Private Bank is seeking a Private Banker - Vice President to join our team in New York, NY. This role is responsible for advising clients on building, preserving, and managing their wealth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private banking or financial services, with at least six years of experience. They will also have a bachelor's degree and the necessary licenses (Series 7, 66, and Insurance) or be willing to obtain them within 90 days of starting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing targeted advice
- Generate new business and acquire assets from both existing and new clients
- Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise
- Connect clients with other lines of business within . Morgan Chase & Co.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with clients' goals and objectives
- Adhere to all risk and control policies and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in private banking or financial services
- Bachelor's degree required
- Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required, or willing to obtain within 90 days
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Strong community presence and established network
- Knowledge of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts
- Client-centric approach and dedication to providing exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
- Proactive and critical thinker
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organized and disciplined approach to business
- In-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets, as well as alternative investments
