**Family Law Associate Attorney**

Law Firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join its Spartanburg, SC office. The ideal candidate must be a licensed member of the South Carolina Bar, in good standing and have previous law firm and litigation experience. The Family Law Associate Attorney will represent clients facing some of the most challenging times in their lives.

**Responsibilities include:**

- New client consultations
- Attend court, mediations, and depositions
- Research and prepare case for court
- Case Reviews
- PAG Team Trainings
- Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing
- Ensure the ultimate client experience
- Current client meetings by providing top-quality customer service
- Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases
- All other requirements to navigate the case from start to finish

ensure the ultimate client experience
current client meetings by providing top-quality customer service
comfortable with handling a high volume of cases
all other requirements to navigate the case from start to finish



our team will support the selected candidate by providing a mentor, an assigned case manager and weekly training sessions

Qualification and Experience Licensed South Carolina Bar member
