## Real Estate Finance Attorney at Law Firm

Law Firm is seeking an attorney with three (3) or more years of experience in commercial finance and real estate matters to join its Cleveland office. This position offers the opportunity to join a nationally-recognized real estate practice and collegial team environment as an integral part of the long-term succession and growth of the firm’s real estate and finance practice.

**Qualifications:**

* Experience representing both lender and borrower clients in a variety of secured and unsecured financing transactions, as well as other real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and related financing
* Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
* Excellent academic credentials

**Compensation:**

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement and competitive salary commensurate with experience.
