General Counsel

Salary Information:

Salary range: $250,000 - $300,000+
Bonus potential: 20-30% of base salary
Equity potential: Stock options, restricted stock units, and performance-based equity grants

Experience Information:

10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or bio-pharmaceutical industry preferred.
5+ years of experience as General Counsel at a publicly traded company ideal.
Prior experience in leadership and managing a legal team preferred.
Strong understanding of SEC regulations and public company filings required.
Experience with corporate governance, intellectual property, and contracts preferred.
Familiarity with FDA and international regulatory laws and compliance preferred.
Knowledge of Delaware Limited Liability Company and Corporation Laws required.
Experience in developing and implementing legal strategies and managing complex legal issues preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, organizational, and people management skills required.
