Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree required - Minimum of 3 years experience in tax services - Preferred fields of study: Accounting, Taxation - Additional educational preferences: CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar - Job seekers must meet all minimum requirements for CPA or Bar licensure per respective state regulations Responsibilities: - Understand and address client needs related to Exempt Organization tax issues, compliance, and consulting - Use statistical software to conduct a broad range of tax-related economic, statistical, and modeling services - Conduct statistical analyses and provide consulting services for tax-related issues across various industry sectors - Demonstrate technical skills in tax compliance and consulting for not-for-profit organizations, including Forms 990, 990 PF, 1120, 1065, and 1040 - Research business and industry trends to develop a point of view for proposals and opportunities across multiple lines of service - Embrace automation and digitization in a professional services environment - Innovate through new and existing technologies and experiment with digitization solutions - Work with large, complex data sets and utilize data visualization tools - Understand pricing, client value, and the negotiation process - Review contracts and identify opportunities for new pricing options At PwC, we are transforming the way we deliver tax services.
